There are 3 links involved in region crossings and TPs:
(a) Client <--> Region A
(b) Client <--> Region B
(c) Region A <--> Region B
(Visualize a triangle)
The faster these links are, the smoother crossings will be.
Also, the less baggage the avie carries, the smoother it will be.
