i studying why register from nokia e-series phones does not succeed, i
noticed one thing that may be an issue. rfc3261 says (10.3):

8. The registrar returns a 200 (OK) response. The response MUST contain
Contact header field values enumerating all current bindings. Each
Contact value MUST feature an expires parameter indicating
its expiration interval chosen by the registrar. The response SHOULD
include a Date header field.

200 ok to register from openser does NOT by default include a Date hf.
i don't remember seeing a function that can be called to add a Date hf.
is there some means to do so or do i need to write one? perhaps Data hf
should be automatically added by registrar?
