Subject:    vim with_perl spec problem and possible solution

I tried to build a perl enabled vim with

    openpkg rpm --define 'with_perl yes'     --rebuild vim-6.3.62-2.3.0.src.rpm

but the resulting rpm claims that with_perl is yes, but executing vim
--version shows, "-perl".

I edited the spec file as follows:

And it builds with perl enabled afterwards.
