I am running a server application on Windows2000 using jdk1.3, 
openorb-1.4(1.3 earlier)
and Tao NamingService and NotificationService on a Solaris box.

A C++ client using Tao libraries running on Solaris can receive 
notifications.
A java client using openorb-1.3.0 when run on NT does not receive 
notifications.



The same java client receieves notifications with openorb services on 
NT.
