Hi,

I just did a quick search of Issuezilla on "rtf". There were lots so I then
searched for the word "blank" and found the following issue.

Rtf is commonly used in corporates as a matter of policy, so the problem is
probably more important than I first thought.

Checking for some other issues I found 9037 which is a similar issue and has
been closed as a duplicate of 3790.

Issue 3790 has list quite a few duplicate.

Interesting read.

The issue has been marked OO2.0 so it will be interesting to watch.
