On KDE desktop

Control Center -> Index -> Regional & Accessibility -> Country/Region & 
Language

'Locale' tag -> Language -> 'Add Language' drop-list

Only English there.

Kindly advise how to add other languages.  I am running FreeeBSD 5.2
