Greetings Mr. Santos:
Upon the small hint "Divisao" that you might be using the Portugese
language, may I recommend a feature within Open Office (OO) Calc which
would or could assist your request. This particular command once
implemented effects the changes you wished upon the cells you have
selected; meaning that you first have to have a group of cells selected
upon which you wish the effect to be active. After the selection of rows
and columns of cells have been selected choose the "Cells..." command
under the Format menu. A dialog box will open with the tab Number
selected and options affecting that function will be displayed. Look
for a "pop-up" command under the term called Language; it is identified
as a pop-up by what appears to be a downward or upward pointed
triangle. Press upon the word "Default" which appears there, and you
will see a list appear. Scroll along that list until you find the
option Portugese (Brazil) or Portugese (Portugal). Then select one of
those which may be of best use or if they are not, then select Unknown
and create your own options for how the numbers should appear in the
cells selected. Remember save your changes so it appears in that list,
otherwise you'll have to select Unknown again and repeat this process.

Of course, the above has to be repeated again upon different portions of
the same spreadsheet page and different spreadsheet tabs (Sheet 1, Sheet
2, etc). You'll be surprised how many forget that these tabs also can
be renamed according to one's needs.

I hope this has addressed your concerns. I use OO 1.0.2; your version
of OO may be different and the functions and commands may be located
elsewhere, but what I have described above is not difficult to implement
once its location is discovered.

Best Wishes...
