I am trying to install OO 1.1 released build on a RH8.0 linux box and  the
install fails looking for the libicuuc.so.22 library.  Tried the usuall
google search for this lib and could only find one dead link to the lib.
Any thought suggestions?  I am currently using OO1.1 Beta 2 and would like
to update.
