Hi all, I know that I can open an encoded text by applying file filter to 
text encoded and I will get a dialogue box for choosing my characterSet. Is 
there a way that I can switch after the file is open?

This would be convenient since most of time I don't know it's not using my 
default language unless I open it - I have to open it again - and that text 
encoded filter is buried under 2 mouse click at least.
