If it is in the font you are using, then one should be able to trigger 
it by activating NumLock, pressing ALT+typing 0128 on the numpad.

OT:
I thought you would have a colourful 20-Dollar note by now, or very 
soon? Without trying to play smarty pants, you might be interested in 
the fact that although according to grammar rules it would be Euros, the 
word is a creation and thus has its own rules. There is no Plural-s, but 
just 10 Euro, 20 Euro, 100 Euro…
