Wow, thanks for your fast reply!

You are right, I was compiling as a normal user. I just replayed the whole as 
user root, and I get the same error.
It looks to me, that there is something wrong  with the includes. I rechecked 
the installation of the glibc and kernel headers, and everthing seems ok.
