Not at this point, although if I understand correctly, the current development 
(unstable) build does have bidi support for Hebrew and Arabic. I understand 
there is currently a localization project under way for Arabic, but not, as 
yet, for Hebrew. 

You might like to check http://l10n.openoffice.org/ to see what they're doing, 
and maybe lend a hand.
