Hmm, I'm using OOO 1.0.1 on SuSE 7.3 and I produce PDF's from OOO documents
without problems - either via OOO's own printer driver or via kprinter.
There must be something wrong with your postscript setup. Can you print to PDF
from other Linux apps?
