You copy them manually to the ../user/wordbook directory. You then
need to find the file "dictionary.lst" in that directory, and add a
line that says

"DICT en GB en_GB"

to the end of it. Then close and restart OOo (includin ghte
quickstarter, if it's running). Now you can tell the program to use
them from the tools/options/language settings, and the new
dictionaries should appear under "writing aids" when the language is
set to en_GB.
