  O.K., not sure if 'jtag newtap' command has problem in openocd-0.8.0, I choose
to download openocd-0.9.0 and give it a try. I use lpc4350.cfg
directly instead of
making another copy. Here is my command,

$ openocd.exe -f cmsis-dap.cfg -c "transport select swd" -f lpc4350.cfg -d
Debug: 205 67 command.c:628 run_command(): Command failed with error code -4
User : 206 68 command.c:689 command_run_line(): in procedure 'init'
in procedure 'ocd_bouncer'
Debug: 207 68 command.c:628 run_command(): Command failed with error code -4

  It looks like better than openocd-0.8.0, but still has problems.
