I am out of the office until 06/01/2014.

The Veridian Solutions office is closed for the Christmas break. We re-open
on Monday 6th January 2014.

Please note that during this time all non-fault requests will require
authorisation from your account manager as we are operating on skeletal
support staff only and may not have immediate resources to action the
request.

If you have any support enquiries please log a ticket by using the Support
Portal link on our website, or call 1300 765 838. You will be directed to
the on-call engineer during the close-down period. Please note that email
addresses are not monitored outside of business hours and should not be
used for logging tickets.
