Cool, and worked great. Removed default columns and added a total of 6 new ones ... \
works great, and I get a visual breakdown of the routers in each of our 5 \
territories. Very nice. Thanks again, guys!

Sure you can.  Just edit surveillance-views.xml and make sure you remove all three \
lines for the row you don't want to display.  You do not need to restart OpenNMS.

That was it... re-created those groups and Surveillance and Dashboard work \
perfectly... Thanks! One question on the dashboard: since all of our devices are \
considered 'Production' can I remove the TEST and DEV rows from \
surveillance-views.xml without breaking the GUI? Thanks again!

All of the groups listed in surveillance-views.xml must exist. It is very easy to \
delete one of them through the adminUI. Double check to make sure that Production, \
Test, Development, Routers, Switches and Servers exist.
