the results were:

so it looks like there is more than one program using it. should I stop the other \
programs (this box is built strictly for monitoring with opennms) or comment it out \
in an xml file?

Caused by: java.net.BindException: Could not open datagram socket for DHCP client on \
port 67.  Is there another DHCP client listening on this port?  Original exception: \
java.net.BindException: Address already in use

netstat -tap | grep 67

Looks like something is bound to port 67
