please search the mailing list, I saw the answer for this problem there a few weeks \
ago.

Dear Open NMS supporters,

I am using Windows XP Professional  version 2002 service pack 3.

PostgreSQL 9.0 and OpenNMS 1.8.7.

While running openNMS.bat start from command prompt path C:\program
files\openNMS\bin with administrator rights.

I am unable to start OpenNMS please help me on this case,
