Hi,

I've create a number of scheduled outages that effect individual nodes
on a one-time basis. During the scheduling I've ensured that the outage
start time ocurred before the actual outage was supposed to begin --
(usually 2-3 minutes before the servers would begin bouncing). And I
"checked boxed" all of the possible "Affects . . ." options (i.e.
polling, notifications, thresholds, etc)

So after all of that (after I begin bouncing the servers during the
alotted window) ONMS still seems to record outages in the WebUI (and
records outages against the each of the the affected servers uptimes).

Am I doing something wrong--or how can I provide you with more info as
to what is going wrong/troubleshoot if I haven't provided enough
information?

About Webconsole:

Version: 1.5.92-0.9174.snapshot Server Time: Mon Sep 22 16:52:37 PDT
2008 Client Time: Mon Sep 22 2008 16:52:37 GMT-0700 (Pacific Daylight
Time) Java Version: 1.5.0_12 Sun Microsystems Inc. Java Virtual Machine:
1.5.0_12-b04 Sun Microsystems Inc. Operating System: Linux
2.6.18-53.1.21.el5xen (i386) Servlet Container: jetty-6.1.9 (Servlet
Spec 2.5) User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US;
rv:1.9.0.1) Gecko/2008070208 NET_mmhpset

And ONMS server is (rpm) opennms-1.5.93-0.9408.snapshot

Thanks,

JPS
