What Matt had mentioned was a package which included all of the maven  
dependencies for a particular version of OpenNMS. Namely to satisfy  
the Debian folks: OpenNMS version x.y.z is *this* castor lib and  
*this* smackx, etc.

i.e. it would be large but you could then build.sh without downloading  
anything else.
