The opennms svn build works OK at least up to the point of building rpms

on centos5 (needs rrdtool and rrdtool-devel from sourceforge). But I 
haven't gotten tomcat to run yet to try using it.

Same here, but with a jpackage tomcat55, and I'm not sure I could repeat

the process to recreate it.  I'd really like to get a scripted install 
working that just needs the Sun jdk .bin file in a known location.
