I installed Firefox and moved the original relativetimeform.jspf back in
place. It works the first time through. However, it provides a blank page
when I go back to a radial button that I have already clicked on. IE does
something simular with the modified file, it provides an error stating that
the requested page has an invalid pointer. I noticed that Firefox also
displayed the notification status, user name, time and date in the upper
right hand corner. IE is does not display this information.
I know this is development code and not a high priority but if there is
anything I can do to help, please let me know (however, I have almost no
programming experience and absolutely no Java exerience).

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, I was out of town for a couple of
days.
The version of IE I have installed is 6.0.2800.1106. I voted for the bug
as this is the version our Division has decided to use. However, I will
try Firefox (my personal preference) and see what happens.
Thanks.

I think you might be running into this problem:
http://bugzilla.opennms.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1471
What browser(s) have you tried and which ones exhibit the problem?
