They appear as node but seems not to have snmp activated. The only service detected \
are ICMP and HTTPS.

As far as i know address with a subnet mask of for example /16 may contain devices \
with address containing 0 and 255.

I tried to ping the weird addresses and indeed they respond...  Out of 49 sites being \
monitored, only 28 got this issue.

I guess a site visit could help solving this mistery.

Are those odd addresses appearing in OpenNMS as interfaces on one device per location \
or as multiple nodes, one for each odd address? Does OpenNMS have permission to query \
the devices with SMNP?

OpenNMS discovered weird addresses which puzzles me. All the site got the same VPN \
router but not all of them got that "symptoms". On some sites, OpenNMS discovered \
