Hi,

I've been using snapshot versions for a couple of years now and have
finally been bitten, it appears.

I've tried on a few occasions to revert to a stable version without
luck. Operating system is Ubuntu 11.10.

Several day ago I lost the ability to delete Nodes (Provisiond). I was
able to add nodes via the "Add Mode" program. These were listed
properly, appeared normal in the database and survived restarts even
though the Synchronize function seemed to be broken.

When I attempted to delete a node, the "Done" button had lost it's
funtionality; in other words, I could exit the Provisioned Group
interface only by selecting a different menu. I was unable to make any
changes, deletion or modification, through the Group Provision interface.

I couldn't find anything relevant in logs.

When snapshot 1.11.0-0.20120321 was installed (yesterday) I lost the
capability to log into Opennms. The only log entry I can find that
appears to be relevent is in the jetty log:

If anyone has thoughts on this problem, I'd be very grateful for some help.

Also, if there are any Ubuntu users here familiar with version changes
(ie. moving to 1.10), it would be very helpful to get some pointers on
the process.

Thanks for reading.

Alan Clayson
