Actually it's refreshed with every hit to the graph servlets.   
Assuming you're using the embedded Jetty server, the output you want  
is in OPENNMS_HOME/logs/webapp/jetty.log.  It gets pretty verbose, so  
get a cup of coffee before you start.  In particular, you'll see lots  
of messages about which graphs are *not* being generated.

DEBUG setting for jetty showed that I botched a
cut-paste/find-replace....<br>
I can look at the same code over and over, and see that it is
"correct", over and over...<br>

All graphs are working now.<br>

Oh, and I figured, right after I typed it in, that the cat thing would
