Ted,

I just set up data collection on a node that doesn't support the
mib-2.ip.ipAddrTable. This is the mib table that maps ip addresses
to ifIndexes (among other things), and consequently I see -100 in
the database as I would expect. Data collection worked like a champ.
I notice your datacollection-config.xml snippet doesn't include a
<systemDef>. Do you have one correctly set up for your temptrax
system? (I presume your system is included in a
collectd-configuration package as well.)
