As of Seth's latest fixes, ICMPv6 is basically working in master
(although there's still one bug being worked on at the moment that
causes StrafePing to fail).

Since 1.9.7 introduced a bug that causes send-event.pl-generated XML to
not work with Eventd, I'm thinking we should do a 1.9.8 on Monday to get
people trying the new JNA code. What does everything think? Anyone up
for doing some integration testing of master in the next few days and
trying to make it monitor/etc. IPv6 nodes?

Note that while discovery works with IPv6 ranges, Capsd will not scan
the ipAddress table, so it will not merge/discover IPv6 nodes through
SNMP. (Provisiond can handle it, but because of the architecture of the
table trackers, it's difficult to port the ipAddress table code back to
Capsd). So... you'll have to provision nodes that have IPv6 on them.

Still... rocks!
