Net-SNMP uses the standard Distributed Management traps to report on errors
discovered by the agent. For some reason they are part of the Cisco2.events.xml
file. In addition, in the Cisco.events.xml file there are a couple events
defined after the final "generic" Cisco event, so they will never be hit.
