McAfee Total Virus Defense events (TVD-MIB)

Removed previous event file.

For the epoAlerting TrapID, McAfee appends the alert EntryID with the TrapID. 
Therefore, the event defined in the file, will only match once.  I added a
wildcard character in the eventID, so that all EntryID's will be matched to the
same TrapID.
