           Summary: Capds / UEInodeRegainedService problem
           Product: OpenNMS
           Version: CVS, unstable
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P1
         Component: Events/Traps
        AssignedTo: buglist@opennms.org
        ReportedBy: johan.edstrom@sca.com

I think I found a rather interesting bug in the
alarms / events capsd correlation in trunk.

I have nodes that lost 3 services at the same time, the outages
are separated into 3 outages per service, the eventid for all
3 outages is the same.

The outage is most likely caused during a restart of the opennms services
while the server is busy.

For these 3 outages I have a nodeDown event, so I have for example ICMP, SMTP
and SNMP

When I start seeing node regainedservices those events are not mapped back
to the compound event so the node effectively never get's out of it's
outagestate.

I also only see the regain on SNMP datacollection, the other two services
happily collect data in poller and capsd but are not communicated back.
