Summary: "Before" and "After" filters do not work in WebUI event
                    log
           Product: OpenNMS
           Version: 1.2.8
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P1
         Component: webUI - Reporting
        AssignedTo: buglist@opennms.org
        ReportedBy: james_zuelow@ci.juneau.ak.us

This has been discussed on the mailing list, so I know that this must be a
duplicate. Sorry about that. However any search string I enter into Bugzilla
says there's no bugs. I tried searching for event before after, before filter,
event, etc. with different variations of version numbers and setting everything
to unspecified. Using just the word 'event' returned a bug, but unrelated. I
hate searching bugzilla and bugzilla knows it, which is probably why it doesn't
work for me.

While viewing events, clicking on the "Only show events occurring after this
one" ("<" symbol) does not affect the events that are displayed.

Clicking on the "Only show events occurring before this one" (">" symbol)
results in no events displayed.

This behavior occurs if you click on just one filter or both filters (say to set
a range from 0800-0900).

I noticed this behavior in stable version 1.2.7, and it continues in stable
version 1.2.8.
