There was a bad update to the Chrome flash plugin recently. <div>


Something to play with here: <a>chrome://plugins/</a> , where I think the pepperflash \
one needs to be disabled.<br><div><div><br></div><div>What browser are you using? and \
what version of adobe flash?</div> <div>Have you recently changed the webcam \

and it is not work well, so what happens is when you upload, the image is created
in the patient_image folder but it not read back to show on the dashboard for
