Hi Harsha,
We're expecting this (as part of platform 1.12) to be a big upgrade. And
for implementations and module authors, dealing with an upgrade of
Hibernate + Hibernate Search is not significantly worse than just dealing
with an upgrade of Hibernate.
So yes, please proceed with also upgrading Hibernate Search.
