Hi Chandan,

First, there's really no reason to run 1.9.0 at this point--you should try
running the latest release in the 1.9.x line, which is 1.9.8.

Looking at the log output, one thing that jumps out at me is this line:

C:\Users\chandan\Application Data\OpenMRS\-runtime.properties


Normally this would look for {webappName}-runtime.properties. Are you
deploying openmrs at the root context path? Can you try deploying at
/openmrs, or /whatever?
