Thanks for doing this Burke! Everytime I come across a module that's still
in svn, I get annoyed, but I never have time right then to figure out how
to use svn2git.

In case you're on a roll, and looking for other modules to move over, I
would vote for these (which I've checked out from svn in the last month):

   - webservices.rest
   - webservices.rest19ext
   - idgen
