hello all,

this is saurabh gupta, electronics and Communication Engineer(junior) from
NSIT, new delhi , india. i have a lot of experience in C programming for
microcontrollers interfacing and designing.
i just want to present the ideas listed in open moko project ideas in which
i find myself interested.

*1)Speech Recognition Method:*

i have already developed a speech recognition method on 8-bit
microcontroller. i used the digital filters(chebyshev II) and correlation
method to match the spoken word with that already stored in memory. i am
further planning to improve it using Hidden markov model(HMM) through Linear
Predictive Coding (LPC) and fast fourier transform (FFT). A success rate of
90% can be achieved using this method.

*2)Cooperative Differential GPS*

my interest in gps was originated long back when i first used gps module to
make a digital clock which displays time and has alarm using atmel avr
microcontrollers. i also thought about the ideas where gps can be used to
customize the phone profile according to the location like in a meeting room
or like that. user will have the flexibility to customize the phone for
desired result through GPS.

*3)Accelerometer Gestures*

i have some knowledge about accelerometer and its interfacing with
microcontrollers. like today's i-phones, this feature of detection of
inclination of phone can be implemented. the tilting or rotating of screen
will take place according to the signals sent through accelerometer. this is
a very good and attractive idea for enhancing phone's flexibility.
