Assuming the object class is defined in your schema, you should be
able to add objects of the class to your server.  1.2 (and 2.0-gamma)
provide this objectclass in the default configuration.

How applications make use of the information provided by the
directory is an application issue... and best discussed in
forums specific to those applications.
