hello

I wish to know how the following options work..or what they do

LDAP_OPT_CACHE_FN_PTRS
LDAP_OPT_CACHE_STRATEGY
LDAP_OPT_CACHE_ENABLE      

also, is there a way to query the directory and find out about the 
database cache settings(server side)?

if yes, how?

I am working on the issue of how the directory performance is affected..

pointers, suggestions...please
