Hi,

clients/tools/ldapmodify.c, line 214 (OpenLDAP 2.2.5), checks if
arguments were passed. If not, usage() is shown and the program
exits.

I think this is not correct. It should be possible to simply call
ldapmodify / ldapadd without arguments and let it read from stdin.
