Summary: Web Application Integration Example

Initial Comment:
There should be a canonical example of using openjms as
a web application.  I've built a small example that
duplicates
some of the examples as a web app and made it work
within Tomcat.

I'm sure the code and configuration could be improved
but I've attached the code.

A few changes need to be made before this can be applied:
. license must be http://openjms.sourceforge.net/license.html
  See http://openjms.sourceforge.net/modules/openjms-
net/xref/org/exolab/jms/net/connector/Connection.html for a 
sample.
. packages should be org.exolab....
