Summary: Refactor connectors

Initial Comment:
The existing tcp, http, and embedded connectors
make it difficult to extend client/server
interactions as any API change must be developed
for each.

A proposal is being developed which:
. provides a common framework for all connectors
. can be extended to provide drop in support for
nbio.
. will enable the OpenJMS server to transparently
support multiple connectors
. should provide better performance than the
existing tcp connector
. could be extended to support authentication
