Summary: Deprecate JDBM

Initial Comment:
The JDBM should be deprecated in favour of a
lightweight JDBC provider such as hsqldb, as:
. is unreliable in that JVM or machine crashes can
result in data corruption
. we have to implement persistency twice
. it makes data base migration more complex
. it doesn't scale
. will make deployment of XA support more difficult

It can be removed once we have provided a tool to
migrate databases.
