Maybe 1.6 is already modern enough. ;-)

`to` is useful if `secretSize` is 48 but you want an AES-256 key, then you would call \
`encapsulate(0, 32, "AES")` or `encapsulate(16, 48, "AES")`, depending on how your \
protocol demands.
