Enable passing AES cipher implementation specific lookup tables to an intrinsic stub \
in order to to accelerate processing.  The lookup tables could be used on targets \
where no HW acceleration support is present.

The change also enables static fields support in \
LibraryCallKit::load_field_from_object().
