        * Makefile.am:
        (dist-openjdk): Check if ${ZIP} is set and fail
        if not.
        (dist-openjdk-fsg): Likewise.
        * NEWS: Updated.
        * configure.ac:
        Use the non-failing AC_PATH_TOOL macro for zip.
