The problem is that the test image XING_T24.TIF is missing the =
StripByteCounts field which is required by the TIFF specification. The =
solution for the case where the image data are uncompressed and the =
offsets to the data packets (strips or tiles) are known, is to compute =
the number of bytes in each packet provided the information needed to do =
so is present in the image.
