This is something I encountered while commenting on Blogger blogs.
Following are the steps to reproduce.

1. Type your comments, select OpenID, type your OpenID and click Ok

2. At the OP site, select 'DENY'

3. Blogger keeps on redirecting you to the same OP site

Compare the same with livejournal.com.

Any thoughts?
