I noticed this tendency on the previous OpenID-related articles at the 
BBC as well. In one case they used both "OpenID" and "Open ID" in the 
same article, so I wonder if this is just some over-zealous editing.

I agree that it'd be a good idea to have a press section on the website 
for this sort of thing.
