I was also having this trouble on a RH7.3 box with source-built OGo.  It
was related to the PostgreSQL module - something was broken in it over
last weekend.  But I just downloaded today's source-all tarball (from
6PM on 7/30/03), and re-compiled everything and now it works fine.
